About Debra Lawson

Congratulations, you’ve taken the first step to prepare for home ownership. As a seasoned realtor, it is my passion to assist you in this process. During my past career as a director of three different offices at Gallaudet University, I have experience juggling multiple projects and collaborating with teams to reach our end goals.

 

My first experience in the real estate market was in 1984 as a part-time agent with Hugh T Peck Inc. Having personally purchased and renovated properties in various conditions, I’m familiar with the upgrades and enhancements some properties may require. I understand the stress involved in making decisions that will affect you for years to come. 

 

In addition to investors, I enjoy working with first-time home buyers and clients who are deaf or hard of hearing. My commitment to you is dependability, transparency, and the highest degree of customer service.
